Full arch dental implants replace every tooth in your upper or lower jaw with a fixed, screw-retained bridge. It's the modern alternative to a full denture — teeth that stay where you put them, so you can eat, laugh and speak without a second thought.
There are three main ways we do full arch implants at Forest Dental: All-on-4, using four implants for most patients; All-on-6, using six implants for extra stability; and Same Day Teeth, combining either technique with a temporary fixed bridge fitted the same day as surgery. All three end in the same place — a fixed, natural-looking arch of teeth — but the route differs based on your bone, your bite, and how quickly you want teeth fitted.
We assess your bone, bite and goals to decide which full arch technique suits you best.
We plan the case digitally and agree a fixed, written price before anything happens in the chair.
Implants are placed and, in most cases, a temporary fixed bridge fitted the same day.
After 3–6 months of healing, your final, definitive bridge is fitted.

We hate hidden fees as much as you do. Every plan is written down in full — you'll never get a surprise invoice at reception.
All-on-6 from £15,000 per arch. Same Day Teeth from £13,500 per arch.

Full arch implants replace all the teeth in your upper or lower jaw using a small number of implants (usually 4 or 6) that support a fixed bridge of teeth. The bridge screws in — it doesn't come out.
Dentures sit on your gums and can move, cover the roof of your mouth, and rely on suction or glue. Full arch implants are fixed to your jaw — no movement, no cover, no glue.
It depends on your bone volume and bite. All-on-4 works for most patients; All-on-6 adds stability if you have the bone. Same Day Teeth combines any of these with a temporary bridge fitted the same day.
