All-on-6 uses six implants to support a full arch of fixed teeth — two more than All-on-4. For patients with heavy bites, good bone volume, or those who simply want the extra security, it's a robust, long-lasting solution.
Six implants distribute the load more evenly across the arch, which can extend the lifespan of the final bridge and improve stability at the back of the mouth. It's typically recommended when you have enough bone to support the extra implants and want maximum longevity. The 3D CT scan tells us how much bone you have, and where — if it comfortably supports six implants and your bite is heavy, we'll usually recommend All-on-6.
A free consultation and 3D CT scan to confirm bone volume supports six implants.
Six implants are placed, with a temporary bridge fitted where possible.
3–6 months of healing while the implants integrate.
Your final, definitive bridge is fitted once healing is complete.

All-on-6 uses two extra implants to support the same full-arch bridge. This spreads the load, adds stability, and can be a better option if you have heavy bite forces or good bone volume in the back of the jaw.
Not necessarily. All-on-4 is the right answer for most patients. All-on-6 is recommended when the extra support is genuinely useful — we decide with you after the CT scan.
From £15,000 per arch, all-in. You'll get a fixed written quote after your free consultation.
