Dental pain rarely happens at a convenient time. If you're suffering with toothache, swelling, a broken tooth or another dental emergency, our experienced team will aim to get you out of pain as quickly as possible.
We believe emergency dentistry should be simple and transparent. That's why our emergency appointment is based around one tooth, one problem. For a fixed fee of £150, your appointment includes a full assessment, any X-rays required and treatment to relieve your immediate problem. Depending on what's causing your pain, treatment may include removing the tooth, placing a temporary filling, starting root canal treatment or prescribing antibiotics where clinically appropriate. Our priority is always to relieve your pain and get you comfortable as quickly as possible.
We'll listen to your symptoms, examine the problem tooth and identify the cause of your pain.
If an X-ray is needed to diagnose the problem, we'll take it during your appointment at no additional charge.
We'll provide treatment for your emergency, whether that's removing the tooth, placing a temporary filling, starting root canal treatment or another appropriate emergency procedure.
If further treatment is required after your emergency has been resolved, we'll explain your options and provide a written treatment plan.
We're adding emergency dentist cases to our gallery soon. Browse all before & after cases.
We hate hidden fees as much as you do. Every plan is written down in full — you'll never get a surprise invoice at reception.
If additional treatment is required after your emergency has been managed, we'll explain all options and costs before proceeding.

Everything needed to diagnose and treat one tooth and one problem. This includes your assessment, any necessary X-rays and immediate treatment where appropriate.
Depending on your diagnosis, treatment may include a tooth extraction, temporary filling, the start of root canal treatment or antibiotics if clinically indicated. Our priority is getting you comfortable as quickly as possible.
Sometimes. While many emergencies can be resolved during your visit, some teeth require further treatment such as a permanent filling, crown or completion of root canal treatment. We'll explain this clearly before you leave.
We always do our best to offer same-day emergency appointments whenever availability allows. If you're in pain, we recommend contacting us as early in the day as possible.
No. Any X-rays required as part of your emergency assessment are included within the £150 fee.
Our emergency appointment covers one tooth and one problem. If multiple teeth require treatment, we'll discuss the most appropriate way to manage your care and explain any additional fees before treatment begins.
