From Pontllanfraith, follow the A472 east into Blackwood, then head up the hill towards Cefn Fforest. We're on the main road through the village at NP12 3NA with free patient parking directly outside.
Regular buses run between Pontllanfraith and Blackwood; from Blackwood interchange the practice is a short walk or taxi hop up the hill into Cefn Fforest.
